Its often said that the greatest gift we have is our health and the greatest gift we can give is to give someone a good listening too.

As we get older or maybe through a long term illness like arthritis we become less mobile. The challenge becomes the less mobile we are the less mobile we become.

Our maintaining mobility program aims to set achievable goals to enable you at whatever level to maintain your mobility. It maybe that for you a half hour walk per day is a real achievement. Our coaches will help you establish a walking program to suit your need, coach you through the motivation it can sometimes take to make those first steps count and be there to support you as you progress.
